1. Status of this notice
1.1. This notice is published by Mindus SARL, Monaco (“Mindus”), and is dated November 1, 2026. It applies to IIZI version 5.0.0.
1.2. The use of IIZI is governed by the license agreement of Mindus published at https://www.mindus.co/license-agreement, and the processing of personal data by the privacy policy of Mindus published at https://www.mindus.co/privacy-policy. This notice does not amend either document.
1.3. This notice identifies third-party software components that are distributed with IIZI. Each component is licensed by its respective authors under the license named for it below. The license texts of the components govern; the summaries in section 6 are provided for information only.
2. Definitions
- “Component”
- A software library, font, or other work of a third party that is distributed with IIZI, in source or object form.
- “iiziServer Distribution”
- The iiziServer installation package of IIZI version 5.0.0.
- “iiziGo”
- The iiziGo designer of IIZI version 5.0.0, as a complete setup or as plug-ins installed into an Eclipse installation.
- “Client”
- The IIZI web client served by iiziServer to Browsers and installed web apps, and the client files of iiziRun.
