Record Components:
uid - The user ID, or -1 when the application session has no authenticated user: such a session is a target of a send that names its device only (ruled 2026-09-26, CC-PUSH-ROADMAP row 3 B).
appId - The application ID of the session.
session - The client session.
remote - The remote address, null when unknown.
deviceUuid - The push UUID the session's channel reported (P4-10), null while it has reported none: such a session is an in-session target of every send that names no device and of none that does.
