  Makes the options, typically with IUserAuthenticationUI.startPasskeyAssertion(clientGyro,true). The first call is made by EnvProps.startPasskeyAutofill(EnvProps.IPasskeyOptions, EnvProps.IPasskeyCallback) on the caller's thread, each renewal on the worker of the application session.
  Returns:
  The JSON text of the PublicKeyCredentialRequestOptionsJSON.
  Throws:
  Exception - When the options cannot be made; at a renewal the autofill then ends with EnvProps.PASSKEY_RENEWAL_FAILED.
