         throws java.lang.Exception
        Matches the item for a selector.
        Parameters:
        os - The parsed device detection Operating System from the user agent.
        Returns:
        true for match, false for no match.
        Throws:
        java.lang.Exception - An exception due to failure in performing the test, with a message why it failed.
