  • Method Details

    • onLicenseShutdown

      void onLicenseShutdown(String reason)
      Called when the license is invalid and requires to shutdown. The action to take for shutdown varies, and for e.g. a server, it means shutting it down, for Eclipse it means stopping the plugin.
      Parameters:
      reason - The reason for the shut-down.
    • isLicenseEnforced

      default boolean isLicenseEnforced()
      Tells whether the product applies the licence verdicts (order CC-LIC-V5-OBSERVE-DESIGNER). The v5 release ships the licence system installed but not enforcing (ruled 2026-10-05): iiziGo answers with its gate's switch (DesignerLicenseGate.isEnforcing()), iiziServer with its counter's (LicenseCounter.isEnforcing()), both off. The answer decides how loudly the licence system reports what it cannot verify - an empty root set is SEVERE where the verdicts are applied and INFO where they are observed - and never whether the client runs: registration, refresh and release work the same either way.
      Returns:
      true where the verdicts are applied; the default, for a product that does not say.
