public class WindowsNTEventLog64 extends Object
The JNI binding of the Windows NT Event Log DLL, WindowsNTEventLog64.dll under bin\ntservice\x64 or bin\ntservice\ARM64 (CC-SERVER-RESTART-UPDATE-V5, from NetPhantom's class of the same name). The package and the class name are the DLL's: its exports are Java_windowsnt_eventlog_WindowsNTEventLog64_logEvent0 and ..._setIgnoreLogoff0, so a com.iizix package would need a native rebuild.

The two defects of NetPhantom's loading are fixed here: the DLL is loaded with System.load(String)RESTRICTED and an ABSOLUTE path (NetPhantom's loadLibrary("x64\\...") is refused by the JDK, which allows no separator in a library name), and the caller routes logEvent to THIS class's native method, the one the DLL exports (NetPhantom's WindowsNTEventLog.logEvent0 had no export).
