stored - true when both come from the enrolment, false when the issuer is the server's of today and the account the user name of today.

The entry of a user's authenticator app, as the app shows it: the issuer and the account of the otpauth:// URI the enrolment's QR code carried (CC-FIX-SIGNIN-RECOVERY). An enrolment made before the names were stored has none: the server's issuer of today stands in, and stored says so, so that the page can say the entry may carry an earlier name.
