public static interface ServerPushKeys.Storage extends PushKeyFiles.VapidStorage

Reads and writes the container as XML: the server's property factory in production, a test's own in a test. It is also the PushKeyFiles.VapidStorage through which every VAPID key file of the server is loaded (PUSH-KEYFILES-DESIGN.md 5.2), the key file being exactly this format (K-4).
