Record Components:
app - The App, null for none: the pages keep their head, there is no manifest and no icon, and the offline page is named after the application ID.
pwa - The application's PWA properties, null when it has no .iiziPWA: its presence makes the application installable (AU-9), its icon references, category and orientation are read (Set I).
icons - What the icons are built from (PWAIcons.Sources: the master and the named icons' bytes, the module's asset files under PWA/ and iiziRun/icons/), null for none; used only for an installable application. The screenshots come from the same asset files.
devel - The development mode flag: the worker then caches nothing.
