conditionalMediation - The client can offer passkeys in the autofill of the user name field (isConditionalMediationAvailable()).
reported - false when the client did not answer within EnvProps.PASSKEY_CAPABILITIES_DEADLINE_MS - a client without the bridge - and the three others are false.
