public class EditorDataPropCnr extends EditorPropCnr
Designer data: an editor container whose content the designer authors and which belongs to the file, such as the guides of a panel. Like every EditorPropCnr it is Designer-only, never created outside the Designer's own factory, and it travels to the design view like one. Unlike one, a change anywhere inside it - a value, a child added or removed - marks the file changed.

Element editorData, JavaScript class EditorDataPropCnr. Outside Designer run mode the element is refused at load exactly as editorProperties is (EditorPropCnr.shouldCreateEditorProps), and a factory of a program type other than EDITOR drops it when its editor flag is set, as for every editor container.

History. The first Designer data to live here is the panel's $designer/$guides (CC-EDITORPROP-DATA, 2026-09-23). Its element changed from editorProperties to editorData with no read-both and no migration, because no file carried $guides and no iiziGo build containing guides had left the build machine. That window closes at the next iiziGo release. After that release, customer files may carry <editorData name="$guides">, and any later change to the class or element of $guides needs read-both.

      protected boolean isPropSaveRelevant()
      Designer data is always save-relevant: a change inside it marks the file changed.
      Overrides:
      isPropSaveRelevant in class EditorPropCnr
      Returns:
      true, always.

    • equalsTree

      protected Object equalsTree(PropCnr pc2, int how)
      Checks for equality in the whole container structure. Under the save comparison (IGProp.EQC_SAVE_FILE) the whole subtree is compared, Designer-only children included: the IGProp.EQC_SAVE_RELEVANT_ONLY bit is cleared for the children. Clearing it also compares volatile children; Designer data holds none.
