      Gets the choice list of the iOS App Store category as IntChoicePropEditor reads it, "value=text" per entry: "0=(none)" first, then every entry of CodeModifier.APP_CATEGORIES by its stored index (1-based), named by CodeModifier.APP_CATEGORY_NAMES. The Builder's two tables are the single source of the list (CC-IIZIRUN-IOS-CATEGORY): the property file has no ".o" line for it.
      Returns:
      The options, CodeModifier.APP_CATEGORY_NAMES.length+1 entries.
